This project is a highly representative PRANCE project, as it was a collaborative effort involving various departments of the PRANCE team. Valuetronics, the client, acted as the first party and engaged a local construction team solely responsible for the installation. However, the project was remotely guided and supervised by PRANCE's technical and project management departments to ensure successful implementation.
The project took place in 2021 during the Covid pandemic, which disrupted our normal operations and interactions. Despite the challenges, PRANCE's expertise prevailed. One notable feature of this project is the shimmering exterior aluminum panels supplied by the renowned European brand, Coil from Belgium. The panels were treated with anodization to achieve a striking appearance. PRANCE has a long-standing partnership with top-tier material suppliers, ensuring exceptional results for the project.
PRANCE's responsibilities encompassed procurement, processing, transportation, and technical guidance. Apart from the exterior aluminum panels, PRANCE also provided anodized interior decoration and custom production of all Valuetronics logos. This project showcases PRANCE's prowess in execution and project management.

The challenge lies in the fact that the client requires us to lead all aspects of metal materials implementation. Besides construction and installation, our involvement includes creating layout plans and node diagrams based on the on-site dimensions provided by the local construction team in Vietnam. We need to communicate with their personnel to get specific measurements for particular locations and then produce the node diagrams. The technical issues involve not only solving the installation of exterior aluminum panels but also addressing interior wall panels, decorative panels, and the logo font in the lobby. We are providing a comprehensive solution and installation process for these elements.
PRANCE has established a project management team for this project, developed a project schedule, and will handle post-project issues. The client has chosen COIL as the anodized brand for the gold material, which originates from Belgium. We also handle the procurement and customs clearance process for the materials. In the end, we will provide complete project documentation to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
We directly contact the material headquarters to ensure the authenticity of the materials purchased for the client. We provide corresponding delivery and quality inspection documents, and we take responsibility for controlling these processes on behalf of the client.

The color confirmation process includes arranging color adjustments if needed. We provide a complete set of services during this process to ensure that the client's color preferences are met and that all aspects of color selection are taken care of.
COLOR SELECTION
Based on the on-site dimensions provided by the client, we create layout plans, including skeletal layout plans, aluminum panel layout plans for different positions, and installation node diagrams for other locations.
After providing the installation plan for the aluminum panels and LOGO, we also offer the installation plan for the decorative panels. We strive to simplify all the installation nodes, ensuring that everyone can easily understand the installation process. If any issues arise, we encourage open communication and video calls within the project team to address them effectively.
Once both parties have confirmed all the installation nodes, we will provide a final set of drawings for mutual confirmation. This step ensures that all nodes and quantities are clear to both parties. After the confirmation, we proceed to the next step, which is production.
The materials are imported from Europe, and you can observe the distinct difference in the anodized surface treatment, characterized by its strong metallic texture, which cannot be achieved through spray coating. Additionally, you can see that the color appears slightly different from different angles, showcasing its varied hues.

According to the design specifications, we process the material into the required dimensions for the shaping project. During the production process, we conduct quality inspections for each sheet, and random sampling is also done to ensure the accuracy of the dimensions.
