Chairman Message

In 1991, I graduated from Guangdong Technology University with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. After gaining five years of experience in a mechanical workshop, I decided to establish my own metal ceiling factory in 1996, which was named PRANCE METALWORK BUILDING MATERIAL.

Since then, our company has experienced significant growth and development. With the combined efforts of our skilled colleagues and workers, we have evolved from a small factory into a 40,000m2 modern, and powerful manufacturer. Our management team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Today, we are proud to offer our high-quality products and services to customers around the world.

General manager

Alan, a Mechanical Engineering graduate, embarked on his journey with PRANCE in 2007. His career took shape at Whirlpool Company, where he worked as a lab engineer for five years prior to joining PRANCE.

Armed with a wealth of experiences garnered from international jobsites, Alan shines as an exceptional problem-solver, equipped with remarkable communication and organizational skills. His daily responsibilities encompass the identification of both hardware and software solutions to intricate technical challenges, offering practical and attainable advice.

A pivotal figure in the company, Alan extends engineering and technical support to pivotal projects through active participation in daily cross-departmental meetings. His footprint extends to pivotal undertakings, including notable ventures like Hong Kong Airport, Brisbane International Airport, and Ethiopia International Airport, underlining his integral role within the esteemed PRANCE Team.

Sales Manager

Mr. Terry is the Sales Manager at PRANCE, where he has been dedicatedly serving customers for 12 years. With his extensive experience, he has built a strong customer base and consistently works hard to meet the annual sales goals.

His main responsibilities include actively following up on orders to ensure smooth payment cycles and continuously learning about PRANCE's products. Mr. Terry maintains close relationships with customers and effectively collaborates with various departments such as product management, after-sales service, engineering, and finance through many PRANCE's projects experience.

Administrative supervisor

Niko Zhou, a Commercial English major, has been a part of PRANCE since 2007. With years of experience, Niko has taken charge of organizing material storage, product transportation, and related documentary tasks.

Familiar with customs clearance and shipment procedures, Niko effectively oversees the storage department, providing valuable packing advice and solutions for various product types during shipping.

Director of Operations

Ian Huo's journey is one of cross-disciplinary expertise, having spent five formative years studying communication and Business management in the university of Iowa in the United States before joining Prance in 2015. Within Prance, he has gathered a comprehensive skill set through five years each in the commercial, technical, and production departments.

His extensive familiarity with the company's product line is backed by practical hands-on experiences on jobsites, a testament to his dedication to achieving project milestones. Ian Huo's profile stands as a testament to his versatility and prowess in the realms of communication, technical acumen, and project execution within Prance.

Research and Development Supervisor

Chen Zhijian is responsible for leading and guiding the research and development team to drive innovation and development of metal ceiling products. Key responsibilities include formulating R&D strategies, setting objectives and plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, coordinating team members' work, supervising experiments and testing to ensure product quality and performance meet standards, while maintaining a technological leadership position.

In addition, the R&D Manager needs to collaborate with other departments to ensure products meet market demands and continuously improve and optimize metal ceiling technology to enhance competitiveness and market share.

Technical Director

Victor graduated from the University of California, Davis, and joined PRANCE in 2012. Victor's journey has spanned various departments including quality control, production material, and production. Proficient in monitoring fabrication processes, he adeptly orchestrates resources and teams to ensure project schedules are met.

Victor's expertise shines as he troubleshoots production and technical challenges, consistently offering effective solutions. Engaging in daily meetings with both the technical and commercial departments, he takes on the pivotal role of overseeing all production activities. Victor's practical experience is underscored by a steadfast commitment to achieving project timelines and maintaining top-notch quality standards in all prior ventures undertaken by Prance.

Production Supervisor

Feng Yun is responsible for managing and supervising the production department. Key responsibilities include formulating production plans, ensuring production efficiency and quality standards are met, coordinating production processes, managing production personnel and resources, ensuring the smooth operation of the production process, and controlling production costs within budgetary constraints.

Additionally, the production supervisor needs to ensure that products meet quality standards and delivery deadlines, establish safety measures, promote team collaboration to enhance production efficiency, and the competitiveness of the products in the market.
