The design of Wanhua Station revolves around the themes of "fashionable commerce" and "celestial spotlight," incorporating a dynamic and interconnected "web" as well as scattered hollows resembling stars. These elements symbolize the pivotal and interconnected nature of the location.

The urban rail transit serves as a reflection of the city, attracting people from different places and allowing them to experience Foshan firsthand. The challenge of this project lies in our successful bid for a total of 17 metro stations on Line 2, each with its own unique style. The key is how our technical team effectively communicates with each construction party to ensure the production, delivery, and quality of metal ceilings and wall products for each station.
Wanhua Station on Foshan Metro Line 2 requires a wide range of supplied products. For example, the lobby features custom-made stainless steel mirror-finished column wraps, consisting of various sizes of diamond-shaped panels. Our technical team is responsible for translating the design concept into practical solutions, conducting trial installations at the factory, and addressing the custom large square-shaped ceiling design, which combines white, red, and white sections for a specific effect.
In the lobby area, there is an unevenly arranged perimeter of perforated aluminum panels with a thickness of 2.5mm, installed using a hook-on ceiling system. The number of perforations on each panel gradually decreases as it approaches the wall. These perforations are created using our tower punching equipment. In addition to the lobby area, when boarding the train, passengers will encounter wall cladding made of enameled aluminum panels and uniform perforated ceilings. As the project progresses, our company's strength lies in the integration of technology and production within our factory. Our design ensures that the project is constructible and manufacturable, while our production process guarantees consistency between the design and the final product, ensuring a perfect match between the envisioned design and the physical outcome.
