The project involved the installation of modular aluminum canopy panels and column cladding covering the main fueling areas. The client's primary objectives were to ensure a uniform aesthetic appearance, reduce on-site construction time, and maintain a low-maintenance solution suitable for the tropical climate with high temperatures and seasonal heavy rains. The system also needed to accommodate client preferences for visual identity, including customized color options for all modules.
All canopy panels and column modules were prefabricated off-site with exact dimensions, allowing for quick, precise installation on-site. This approach minimized on-site construction time and reduced disruption to traffic in Malawi.
Each module was carefully measured and cut to ensure seamless alignment. Custom color was used according to client requirements, ensuring the final appearance matched the Petroda branding and visual identity standards.
All modules undergo rigorous factory inspection to verify alignment, fastening security and PVDF coating surface finish, ensuring consistent quality and high aesthetic standards before delivery.
Modules were designed and reinforced to withstand intense sun exposure, high temperatures, and seasonal downpours during the rainy season, ensuring long-term durability and minimal maintenance.
The modular design and precise fabrication allow for efficient on-site installation, helping the fuel station become operational faster after delivery.
Before delivery, all modules underwent thorough quality inspections to ensure uniform color matching, precise dimensions, and consistent fabrication quality, guaranteeing a premium finish and reliable performance on-site.
All products are covered with a protective film to prevent scratches or damage during transportation and handling.
The client expressed satisfaction with the appearance, installation efficiency, and long-term performance. The completed aluminum canopy panels and column cladding provide a durable, visually consistent, and low-maintenance solution suitable for Malawi's hot tropical climate and alternating wet and dry seasons.
