Belize International Building Square Profile Baffle Facade Project

The Belize International Building project is an ongoing façade installation located in the heart of Belize City. For this project, PRANCE is providing its square profile baffle system, designed to deliver a modern and durable exterior. The project aims to meet the client's aesthetic and functional requirements while ensuring long-term performance in Belize's local climate. PRANCE provided a tailored solution, including accessory selection and installation methods, to ensure a high-quality and reliable façade system.

For this project, PRANCE provided square baffles welding capping with a three-coat fluorocarbon paint surface treatment. This system was carefully chosen and processed to meet both the aesthetic requirements and the environmental conditions of Belize.

Outstanding Weather Resistance: The square profile baffle system is designed to resist the effects of intense UV radiation and frequent tropical rainfall, maintaining its structural stability and surface quality over time, and providing long-lasting protection for the building façade.

High Corrosion Resistance: The aluminium system has excellent resistance to salt spray and coastal air, effectively protecting structures from rust, oxidation and other environmental damage, making it particularly suitable for use in tropical and coastal areas.

Stable and Lasting Color: The three-coat fluorocarbon paint provides a smooth, uniform finish that maintains its brightness and appearance over time, resisting fading, chalking, or discoloration even under harsh weather conditions.

Low Maintaintence Requirements: The smooth surface of the baffle system makes cleaning simple and efficient, reducing long-term upkeep costs while keeping the façade looking fresh and well-maintained.This combination of functional strength and refined aesthetics ensured that the façade system met both the client's expectations and the long-term needs of the building.

Since PRANCE could not source exact matching accessories specified by the client in the local market, the project team initiated a design optimization process to ensure compliance while securing alternative solutions.

PRANCE team reviewed and refined the installation plan to address the challenges with unavailable client-specified accessories.

Suitable accessories were carefully chosen from accessible sources to maintain performance and aesthetics.

Modifications ensured both structural stability and consistency with the client's original design intent.

All adjustments were reviewed and approved by the client to ensure alignment throughout the project.

Square profile baffles and components were carefully welded and capped in the factory to ensure flatness, structural stability, and seamless appearance. 

Components received a three-coat fluorocarbon finish, applied under controlled conditions to ensure uniform color, long-term durability, and resistance to local weather.

All square profile baffles are carefully and securely packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transportation. Each item undergoes meticulous inspection before shipping to ensure it reaches the project site in perfect condition.
